Usagi runs out of her house, late to school, as usual. She meets Naru on the way, and asks if she overslept as well. Naru says that she is late because she was doing her homework... in science, math, English, social studies, a report for Japanese class, and embroidery for home economics. This is a surprise for Usagi, who did not do any of her homework.

A car pulls up in front of the school, and several girls quietly get out and walk inside. Naru tells Usagi that the girls are attending the Princess Seminar at Rose Mansion, where the famous English aristocrat Countess Rose lives. The girls' parents asked the countess to provide their daughters with a "princess's education," and she agreed. Naru says that it is supposed to turn you into a graceful lady.

The bell suddenly rings, and the two girls run inside for class. When they are seated, their teacher Haruna Sakurada begins discussing their homework, and Usagi falls asleep. She dreams that she is Princess Serenity, dancing with Tuxedo Kamen at a Christmas ball. Haruna-sensei wakes her up and throws her out of class for not doing her homework. While standing in the hallway outside of class, Usagi decides that she needs to make serious changes to her behavior, and that she should become more aware of herself as a princess... otherwise, Tuxedo Kamen won't dance with her!

In the Dark Kingdom's lair, Queen Beryl instructs Endymion to assist Kunzite, defeat Sailor Moon, and steal the Ginzuishou. Both men refuse, saying that they want to do things their own way. Queen Beryl says that that is fine, as long as they bring her Sailor Moon's corpse and the Ginzuishou as soon as possible. Kunzite says that he already has a plan in motion.

Luna visits Game Center Crown late at night and uses the Sailor V arcade game machine. After logging in, she tells the mysterious figure in the game that Usagi seems to lack awareness as a princess, and she is at a loss as to what to do. There seems to be some kind of malfunction with the game, and the screen goes blank. Soon, an embarrassed Artemis appears on the screen, wearing headphones. Luna is furious! She demands to know why he never told her that he was the one giving her orders, and he replies that it is because she never asked.

At Countess Rose's mansion, the dozens of girls have tea, then listen as Countess Rose reads poems by Frances Hineck. Luna and Usagi sit in a nearby tree, looking in on them through a window. Usagi thinks they are very lucky because they get to eat cheesecake. A servant soon notices them hiding in the tree, and tells them that if they have business there, they should come in through the front gate.

They fall out of the tree, and the servant dryly asks, "May I help you?" Usagi tells him that she wants to be in the Princess Seminar, too. He tells her that she must be introduced by a member in order to join, and she says that Luna introduced her to the Princess Seminar. He says that he cannot accept an introduction from a cat.

Countess Rose happens to overhear them, and is amused by Usagi. She says that she can join because they need a unique person, although there is one condition. Usagi becomes nervous and begins listing the things she is bad at: tea ceremonies, flower arrangements, cooking, sewing, cleaning, and even dressing in a kimono. On top of that, she even says she isn't good at school! The countess laughs and tells her that it is impressive how much Usagi can't do.

Countess Rose decides to test Usagi by having her throw a frisbee. The servant, Edward, explains that the countess's hobby is throwing frisbees, so anyone who wants to join the Princess Seminar must be good with one. Usagi cheerfully begins to twirl the frisbee around, saying that she is very good with it! She throws the frisbee, which flies through the window, breaks two girls' headbands, then flies out again into Usagi's hands. The countess is very impressed, and tells her that she may join.

Later, the other girls discuss Usagi's entrance into the Princess Seminar at Hikawa Jinja. Rei is skeptical, and believes that Usagi won't last. Ami, however, says that she admires her friend for actively trying to become a princess. Artemis hopes that she becomes a "proper princess," but Minako wants Usagi to stay the same as she is now. Artemis says that unless she becomes a princess, the Ginzuishou won't activate its true power. Ami suggests that they go keep Usagi company, and the other girls excitedly agree.

At the Princess Seminar, Usagi and the other girls practice throwing frisbees. Usagi is clearly superior, thinking that if this can turn her into a princess, then it will be a piece of cake! Meanwhile, Countess Rose looks on from a window in the mansion. Apparently, she is working under the direction of Kunzite, who soon appears behind her. He says that Sailor Moon's specialty is her "Moon Tiara Action" attack, which is similar to throwing a frisbee.

Countess Rose and Kunzite suspect that Usagi may be Sailor Moon, based on how klutzy she is and how good she is at frisbee. The countess wonders if the real Sailor Moon will fall for the trap, but Kunzite assures her that she will; that is the type of person Sailor Moon is.

[Commercial Break]

Usagi, who is very uncomfortable in her dress, sits down to eat dinner with the other young ladies in the Princess Seminar. When Countess Rose announces that they may eat, Usagi immediately begins to loudly slurp her soup. A servant scolds her for slurping, and everyone else in the room is quite embarrassed.

Later, Countess Rose instructs the girls on how to speak properly. Usagi doesn't pay much attention, and Countess Rose asks her what she should say when she offers coffee to a guest. Of course, Usagi doesn't have the correct answer, and the other girls giggle.

That evening, the girls practice ballroom dancing. Countess Rose announces that this will be the last class of the Princess Seminar, and if a girl receives a pat on the shoulder, it means that she has graduated. Usagi attempts to dance, but she steps on her partner's toes and eventually falls on her face. When she looks up, she is surprised to see that Rei, Ami, Makoto, and Minako are all there.

Ami and Makoto dance beautifully, but Rei is much too rough with her partner, taking charge and flinging him all over the dance floor. Minako also dances far too energetically. At the same time, Rei, Minako, and Usagi all step on their partners' toes! Minako and Rei proclaim that they can do anything but dance, while Usagi thinks that she can't do anything right.

The countess taps several girls' shoulders, including Makoto and Ami's. Usagi, Rei, and Minako are all left behind in the ballroom. When the girls who passed enter the next room, they see dozens of wax figures that look like real women. Countess Rose soon explains that they actually were real girls once! She then transforms into the youma Shakokai and sprays the girls with a green liquid, causing them all to turn into wax figures.

Usagi, Minako, and Rei hear something coming from the room where the other girls were taken. As they rush forward, Shakokai suddenly appears in front of them. The servants try to run away, but she sprays them with the green liquid and they turn into wax figures. Shakokai tells the girls that she is sorry they failed the Princess Seminar, but one of them must be Sailor Moon, "because it would be impossible for the clumsy, stupid, scatter-brained, common Sailor Moon to graduate from the Princess Seminar." Rei says that the youma must be pretty sharp.

Shakokai, determined to turn the girls into wax figures, attempts to spray them with the green liquid. They manage to dodge the substance, and soon Luna and Artemis leap onto the youma, stopping the attack and obstructing her vision. The girls quickly run outside and transform into Sailor Senshi.

Shakokai walks outside and throws the cats off aside. The girls appear on the balcony behind her, proving that she was right about one of them being Sailor Moon. The youma attacks again, but Sailor Mars and Sailor Venus counter the attack with Fire Soul and Crescent Beam. Unfortunately, neither attack works, as they are both turned to wax mid-air. Sailor Moon doesn't think that Moon Tiara Action will work, either.

Just as Shakokai moves to attack the girls again, a rose flies through the air to stop her. It flickers red and black; Endymion has arrived. He demands that Sailor Moon hand over the Ginzuishou, saying that if she does, he will let her live. The youma reminds him that those were not Kunzite's orders...

Sailor Venus reminds Sailor Moon that this is not the Tuxedo Kamen that she knew before.

Suddenly, Kunzite appears and tells Endymion not to meddle in his affairs. Endymion says that the most important thing is to obtain the Ginzuishou. Shakokai is very confused... Kunzite tells her to kill Sailor Moon, but Endymion tells her to get the Ginzuishou first.

Sailor Moon leaps to her side and cheerfully offers her a cup of coffee. Shakokai corrects her speech, which only seems to frustrate the youma even more. Sailor Moon takes advantage of her confusion to use Moon Healing Escalation, causing her to transform back into Countess Rose.

Kunzite quickly disappears. Sailor Moon attempts to use Moon Healing Escalation to restore Tuxedo Kamen as well, but Endymion backs away and disappears before she can finish.

The other girls who were wax figures are restored to their normal selves, and they see Sailor Moon standing on the balcony outside the window.

The next day, Usagi is running late for school again. Luna scolds her for doing the same thing, but she says that she has made up her mind.... she is going to aim to be her own kind of princess.
