view full size version In the beginning, several girls run past a building called "Cafe de Mon." This appears to be a French restaurant, but "Mon" is not a word in French. Perhaps the animator didn't know the correct word, but "Moon" is quite similar to "Mon." There DOES seem to be a connection here.




In the beginning, as Jadeite is walking away from the line for the fortune teller, a sign above him says "Moon"



At the old fortune teller's table, the girl in the front middle of the line is initially shown with dark brown hair. In a later shot, however, she is shown up close, and her hair is MUCH lighter - almost red!
