VENETI & AQUATICI:


click for larger version Veneti and Aquatici are the two minions of Sapher who appear in manga Volume 06, Act 20. They are his most "perfect" droids, and they have never failed the Black Moon Clan. Sapher calls upon them just before Usagi enters the room. He welcomes the girl and tells her that she is in the core of Nemesis. He then tells her that his brother, Demand's plan is going wrong and that he knows that changing history and warping back to the future will only cause disturbances that could endanger the entire universe. He orders Veneti and Aquatici to kill Usagi, but her brooch begins to flash light, and its power kills the two droids. Veneti and Aquatici have no real shape, rather, they are wisps of smoke with heads and flowing hair. Veneti's name comes from the Latin word "venet," a form of the Latin word "venetus" meaning sea-coloured. Aquatici's name comes from the Latin word "aquatic," and therefor should be spelled "Aquatici" rather than "Aquatiki." They appear only in the manga.
