Vampire Lyrica Hubery appears in the third part of the Sailor Moon SuperS special, "ChibiUsa no
Bouken! Kyoufu, Kyuuketsuki no Yakata" ("ChibiUsa's Adventure! The Dreaded Vampire Castle").
A beautiful little girl named Lyrica Hubert transfers to ChibiUsa's class one day. ChibiUsa and
Momoka think that she is beautiful, and all of the boys in the class are enamoured by her.
After school, ChibiUsa, Momoko, Kyuusuke, and Ishihara walk home with Lyrica. Lyrica reveals
that she lives in the Embassy at the top of the hill, and Momoko remarks that it has been empty
for a long time, and that she has hard that it is haunted. Lyrica collapses into Ishihara's
arms, saying that the story made her feel a little faint. Ishihara walks her home. The next
day at school, Ishihara is absent without a call from his parents. No one has heard from him,
and ChibiUsa overhears a boy saying that last night, he got a call from Ishihara's parents saying
that he wasn't home yet. Later, ChibiUsa and Momoko come across Lyrica picking flowers in teh
class flower garden, and Momoko scolds her. Lyrica says that it is better to pick them before
they become ugly and die, but the ChibiUsa refutes by saying that it is wrong because the seeds
will fall to the ground, and the Spring will produce new flowers. Lyrica leaves, and Momoko
notices that the spot where the new girl was standing is now burnt and dead. The next day, when
ChibiUsa is walking to school, Kyuusuke tells her that their classmate Kuwano hasn't been home
since yesterday - and that he walked the new girl home last night. They follow Lyrica and find
her in the flower garden again - this time, she is eating the flowers! ChibiUsa consults Usagi
and her friends, and they decide that the signs point to Lyrica being a vampire. Usagi suggests
that since vampires hate garlic, they all go out for Korean Barbeque! The next day, the teacher
asks ChibiUsa to take Lyrica's work to her, because she hasn't shown up for school. She agrees,
and Momoko and Kyuusuke accompany her. Lyrica thanks her classmates for coming, and invites them
inside. ChibiUsa suggests that she is a vampire, but Lyrica says that she is wrong - even showing
the girls sugar-coated flower candies. Momoko asks to use the restroom, and Lyrica offers to
show her where it is located. After the two girls have been gone for quite some time, ChibiUsa
and Kyuusuke become suspicious and go to look for them... they find Lyrica drinking Momoko's
blood, and see the bodies of Ishihara and Kuwano. Lyrica transforms into a bat-like vampire
and attacks. The Sailor Senshi and Tuxedo Kamen appear just in time to save ChibiUsa. They
perform "Sailor Special Garlic Attack" against the vampire, breathing their garlicky breath on
her and incapacitating her long enough so that Sailor Mon and Sailor ChibiMoon are able to destroy
her with "Moon Gorgeous Meditation," breaking Lyrica free of the vampire's possession. The young
girl wakes up in ChibiUsa's arms and asks what has happened. ChibiUsa tells her that she has
simply been having a very long dream. Lyrica's seiyuu is

Lyrica Hubert is a pretty girl who transferred to ChibiUsa's fourth grade class four days before
the story begins. She appears in Volume 5, in the first of ChibiUsa's Picture Diaries. She has
a very fair complexion, and all of the boys like her. She is the daughter of an ambassador for
the U Country, and lives at the U Country embassy, a house that hasn't been inhabited for a very
long time. She seems to be weak, and faints often. After school, she asks Ishihara to walk
her home. The next day, Ishihara isn't at school, and no one has heard from him. That evening,
Lyrica complains that she is ill and must leave school early again. She asks Kuwano to walk her
home, and he never returns home that night. The next day, Lyrica is missing during lunch. The
teacher sends ChibiUsa and Kyuusuke to find her, and they see her in the garden, eating a flower.
Later that night, the four inner senshi tell ChibiUsa that the new girl is a vampire, and tell
her various remedies for her vampire problem. They go to Makoto's house to eat a dinner that has
been spiced with extra garlic, just in case of vampires! The next day, Lyrica is not at school.
The teacher asks ChibiUsa and Momoko to take her papers to her house, and Kyuusuke and Sorana
accompany them. At the new girl's house, they see a wild, overgrown garden filled with the
flowers that they caught Lyrica eating earlier and gravestones. Lyrica's mother finds them in
the garden, recoiling at ChibiUsa's garlic breath, and invites them in for tea, explaining that
her daughter is sleeping. She tells the children that they are silly for thinking that her daughter
is a vampire, and that the flowers they saw her eat were only candies. They leave the house and
quickly realize that Momoko is missing!! They go back inside to find Lyrica's mother drinking
Momo's blood, and they run outside again. The lid of a coffin outside slides off, and Lyrica
and the missing boys appear with fangs, saying that they want blood. Just in time, Sailor V
and Sailor Moon appear. Lyrica and her mother are destroyed by "Moon Princess Halation," and
turn into flowers. Lyrica Hubert is sometimes called Lyrica Yubel, but the katakana characters
in her name represent the French surname "Hubert."
