Black Lady is an older, evil incarnation of ChibiUsa. Wiseman fills young ChibiUsa's head with exaggerations of memories, warping them and twisting them to make her think that her parents and friends do not love her. In episode 85, ChibiUsa transforms into Black Lady, growing into a woman instantly and bearing the Black Moon symbol on her forehead. She claims that Luna P is her only friend, and Luna P also has the sign on its forehead turned into the Black Moon symbol. Luna P is also employed in several of her attacks, transforming into any object she desires. She is completely evil, and tries to destroy the senshi, who cannot harm her beause she is still ChibiUsa. She even captures and hypnotizes Tuxedo Kamen, not knowing that he is her father, and uses him to hurt Sailor Moon. Usagi, with the use of the ginzuishou, almost reverts ChibiUsa back to normal, but Wiseman intervenes and warps her memories even more, causing her to remain as Black Lady. In her final confrontation, she uses all of her strength to attack Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon becomes Neo Queen Serenity, however, and with the help of Tuxedo Kamen, revives Black Lady's memories so that she becomes ChibiUsa once again. Black Lady's seiyuu is Araki Kae.

MANGA

Black Lady is an older, evil incarnation of ChibiUsa. In act 20, she goes to see Sailor Pluto, and sees her talking to the spirit of King Endymion. Sailor Pluto is smiling - something that ChibiUsa thought was only reserved for when she was around. ChibiUsa, distraught over feeling that she has lost her friend, runs away, accidentally dropping the crystal key which enables her to travel through time. She becomes lost in space/time, and Wiseman appears before her, saying that he will give her what she wants. She takes his hand, and Sailor Pluto suddenly senses that something has happened to ChibiUsa, and a storm appears, knocking her unconscious. King Endymion and Tuxedo Kamen find her, and she tels them that ChibiUsa is lost, but that she has sensed that some sort of change has occurred - in fact, ChibiUsa had become Black Lady. Tuxedo Kamen runs into the storm to find her. Later, when Wiseman kills Rubeus, Black Lady calls Rubeus a coward for running away, and laughs as he is killed. Meanwhile, Tuxedo Kamen is still searching for ChibiUsa, and he hears a voice saying, "I'm over here!" He follows the voice, and sees the figure of Black Lady calling out to him. He takes her hand. In act 21, Black Lady shows herself to Prince Demand and Sapher, who have awoken in Wiseman's castle. Prince Demand notices that

she resembles Neo Queen Serenity, and Wiseman introduces her to them. She tells them about the evil Black Crystal Reactor, and how its meltdown released power to Nemesis. She says that she plans to awaken Neo-Queen Serenity so that the queen can use the ginzuishou of the future, and that she also plans to capture Sailor Moon and the ginzuishou of the past. Prince Demand doubts her abilities, causing her to become angry, saying that she will put a huge Black Crystal on Earth in order to awaken Neo Queen Serenity. Sapher protests that this will destroy the planet, but Black Lady says that she doesn't care since she already has what she wants - Mamoru. At this point, Mamoru appears, who has been completely brainwashed, and kisses him. Later, Black Lady goes to the Crystal Palace, and appears before Neo-Queen Serenity's crystal tomb. Black Lady tells the Queen to awaken, that her daughter is there. The spirit of King Endymion then appears, demanding to know who she is, and Black Lady introduces herself, telling him that she is his daughter, but that she has grown. Sailor Moon then appears and asks who she is, but instead of telling her, Black Lady asks if she remembers her. She tries to grab Sailor Moon's brooch, but Neo Queen Serenity's crystal tomb reacts, repelling Black Lady. Black Lady then introduces herself as the Queen of Darkness, made by Wiseman to be the Queen of Nemesis. Much to the senshi's dismay, she shows them that she has placed a second huge black crystal on the Earth, and that the world will be destoryed. They ask why she is doing such a thing to her own home, and she answers that nothing matters to her anymore, now that she has Endymion. Black Lady then orders Endymion to attack Sailor Moon, which he does. Black Lady then creates a third huge black crystal, which she throws at everyone. Wiseman tells her to use the ginzuishou, but Prince Demand turns on him, killing Sapher and attempting to kill Wiseman as well. Black Lady introduces Wiseman's true form, Nemesis. Endymion grabs Sailor Moon's brooch, and she falls to the floor, having fainted. Black Lady then takes the ginzuishou of the past and places it near the ginzuishou of the future. Prince Demand grabs the crystals from her hands, and she tries to attack him, but Sailor Pluto arrives and stops time. In act 23, after the Time Stop has worn off, Black Lady falls to the ground, unable to produce anymore power. As ChibiUsa looks on, the dying Sailor Pluto apologizes for being unable to protect ChibiUsa, and the key ChibiUsa stole from Sailor Pluto falls to the floor. Black Lady thinks to herself that she has no friends, but then remembers how she stole the key from Pluto, and how Pluto loved her and was her only friend. Her tears begin to flow, realizing that her only friend is dead, and she screams out to Pluto. Her black cyrstal earrings break, and her tears turn into the ginzuishou. Her body begins to grow small again, and she transforms into Sailor Chibi Moon, which also awakens Neo Queen Serenity.
