An Ohara

click for larger version An Ohara was a little girl who owned a very fat blue cat named Rhett Butler. She appeared in episode 031. The senshi and Zoisite believed that she might be the carrier of the violet Nijizuishou, the final one for which they had been looking. Zoisite used the Kurozuishou to show a picture of her holding her cat, while the senshi found her because Ami's computer said that a Nijizuishou was in the vicinity of her house. The senshi went to her house to speak to her, but when she opened the door, Rhett Butler wriggled free from her arms and ran outside. She ran into an alley, where Zoisite attacked her and attempted to use the Kurozuishou to extract the Nijizuishou from her. Nothing happened, and Zoisite figured out that the cat, Rhett Butler, was actually the crystal carrier. The senshi took An back home, where they put her in bed, still unconscious from the attack. After staying with her for quite a while, they soon realized that the Moon Stick was not reacting... because Rhett Butler was the Nijizuishou carrier, not An. In the end, An and Rhett Butler were reunited. According to the door of the Ohara residence, An's parents' names are Kurahisa and Mimi.

An Ohara's name is based on the name of Scarlett O'Hara, the heroine from the famous book and movie Gone With the Wind. Scarlett's love interest is Rhett Butler, from whom the cat's name is derived.

An Ohara's seiyuu was Junko Shimakata.
