click for larger version In episode 009, Ami and Usagi visit Harajuku to go window shopping. They visit several shops for clothing, sunglasses, and even books. They eventually find the Clock Look store, a clock store run by Jadeite and the youma Ramua. The area pictured very closely resembles the real-life Takeshita Dori (Takeshita Street). click for larger version Harajuku is a real-life area in Tokyo which is located near the Harajuku Station, a train station on the Yamanote Line. This area is known as a place where teenagers come to exhibit their extreme fashions and culture, and several young people cosplay. Takeshita Street is sometimes considered the "birthplace" of many fashion trends in Japan. This short street is littered with fashionable shops and boutiques. Although this area of Tokyo is known for catering to teenagers, there are also several shops for adults, as well as historical attractions including shrines and museums.
