Falion
Fancy Omazinai House -- an occult shop in the Azabu Juuban district of Minato-ku in the city of Tokyo. It is located on one of the Crystal Points of the future city of Crystal Tokyo. In episode 65, Petz and Calaveras made an attempt to corrupt this point with Dark Power by posing as saleswomen in the shop and selling wish-granting charms that would actually make the bearers oppose the dreams that had prompted them to buy the trinkets in the first place. This attempt failed, however, after the arrival of the senshi and a short battle involving the senshi, the two sisters, and the droid Jamanen. See also: Jamanen.
Fantastic International Music Festival -- a music festival that was held at the Nerima Open Music Hall in Japan on 8 June 1996, in episode 180. The director of the New Tokyo Orchestra, Mr. Garayan, took part in the festival. See also: Mr. Garayan, Sailor Conductor.
Fantastic Music Hall - the location where the Three Lights, Michiru Kaioh, and Haruka Tenoh hold a joint concert in Act 43, Volume 16 of the manga. It is here that Iron Mouse first appears and attacks the senshi after the concert with her Galactica Crunch attack.
Fighter no Shoutai! Shougeki no Chouhenshin
Fighter Star Power, Make-up!-- The phrase that Kou Seiya yells to transform into Sailor Star Fighter. It is this phrase that transforms him into his true female form, and into her senshi form.
Finishing Manuscripts! -- the attack phrase used by the daimon U Henshuu in episode 113. She calls out this phrase and then a stack of razor-edged pieces of paper materializes from her a ball of black energy in her hands. She then throws this stack of paper at her opponent. The final sheet in the stack of paper reads, "you're almost dead!," and can increase in size until it is large enough to pin a person down to the ground like flypaper. The full name of the attack is "Deadly Attack!! Finishing Manuscripts Shots!," but sometimes U Henshuu uses the shortened version of it.
Fiore
Fire Buster -- Eudial's first flamethrower. It successfully countered Sailor Moon's "Moon Spiral Heart Attack." Unfortunately, it was destroyed by Sailor Venus, who punctured its metallic housing with her "Venus Love Me Chain" attack. It was quickly replaced, however, by the Fire Buster II.
Fire Buster II -- Eudial's weapon which first appeared in Sailor Moon S episode 111. It is a flamethrower carried on her back, of her own invention, and is essentially an improved version of her original Fire Buster. She is applying for a patent with it, and it appears to be constructed from a blender, a fire extinguisher, and vacuum cleaner tubing, among other things. She claims that is superior to the senshi's attacks, and proves that this is almost true, as flames emitted from its nozzle easily countered Sailor Moon's Moon Spiral Heart Attack and Sailor Mercury's Shine Aqua Illusion actually fed the flames! It was even quite a match for the Holy Grail. In addition to its main nozzle, it also has one on top which fires a stream of VERY sticky, fast-drying, greenish-yellow fluid, quite appropriately called "Sticky Liquid," which was used to incapacitate adversaries.
Fire Soul -- one of Sailor Mars's attacks. She spins around and pulls her arms in front of her with her index fingers together, then pulls her fingers close to her face. A stream of flames comes from her two pointed index fingers, and spirals towards the target. It appears first in episode 10.
Fire Soul Bird -- one of Sailor Mars's attacks. She holds an anti-evil scroll in front of her face, then puts her two index fingers together in front of her. This is similar to her "Fire Soul" attack, but the flames hit her scroll and turn into a flaming bird. It appears first in episode 54.

Flow
Flower Brooch -- In episode 003, Jadeite's romantic radio show Midnight Zero gave out purple flower brooches. Love letters were submitted to the show by listeners, and if your letter was read on air, you received a flower brooch by mail. The brooches then collected their wearers' energy for the Dark Kingdom. Haruna Sakurada and Naru Osaka both received flower brooches, along with hundreds of other Tokyo residents, resulting in what was called an epidemic of a "sleeping sickness." Usagi was briefly affected by Naru's brooch. The brooches were an invention of the youma Flow .
Flower Hurricane -- Sailor Jupiter's manga only attack in which a hurricane of flower petals swirls around her, and then sends it towards the enemy with lighting. It is her first attack, and it is the attack that killed Nephrite. It appeared in Sailor Jupiter's first appearance, in act 05, volume 01. It was also used in Sailor Moon video games.
Flower Shop Mamiana -- the flower shop where Tellu sells her special flowers, the Tellurians, in the manga. These flowers are very popular, and their purpose is to drain souls from humans. Once the humans' souls are drained, the flower converts their energy into blossom. The plan is that when the flowers are given to Master Pharaoh 90, he will have enough energy to fully awaken.
Flying Somersault Receive-- an attack used by Sailor Venus in episode 100 to counter the attack "Service Ace Thunder Highkyuun," which was performed by the daimon Highkyuun. See also: Service Ace Thunder Highkyuun, Highkyuun.
FM No. 10 -- FM No. 10 is a radio station from episode 003 which operates in Juuban. Jadeite hijacked their midnight program in order to run his own romantic program called Midnight Zero. Officials at the radio station insisted that Midnight Zero did not exist, and Midnight Zero did not appear in the local radio listings in the newspaper. Because of this, Usagi and Luna were able to surmise that the show did not actually exist. Usagi used her disguise pen to sneak into the station and stop Jadeite's radio program.
House of Fortune
Four Kings of Heaven -- The kings Kunzite, Jadeite, Zoisite, and Nephrite. In the past, they protected Prince Endymion in the manga and were later called upon by Queen Metallia and Queen Beryl to do their bidding. They are also known as shitennou.
Francois -- "Francois" is the name that Wataru Amanogawa often calls the Wataru Comet. The Wataru Comet is a comet that is referenced in episode 177. It was discovered by a physicist at Juuban High School named Wataru Amanogawa, and is named after him. The comet has not appeared in fifteen years, but according to the calculations of Ami Mizuno and Kou Taiki, it should appear at 9:15 on the second night of the episode in the Southern sky, almost crossing over Katarus, and that they will see it for ten minutes. It rains on the night in question, making it impossible for the comet to be seen. Fortunately, the sky clears up, and Ami, Usagi, Minako, Makoto, Rei, and Taiki are able to see the come through a telescope at the home of Professor Amanogawa. Wataru Amanogawa often refers to the comet as "Francois."
Frederique Tenno - [French] This is the French name for Haruka Tenoh, also known as Sailor Uranus. The main difference between this character and the character in the Japanese original is that Frederic is female, and disguises herself as a man, with Mylene Kaio (Michiru Kaioh/ Sailor Neptune) pretending to be "his" girlfriend to heighten the effect. In the original, Haruka is openly female.
Fruit parlor Crown -- the shop where Motoki Furuhata's younger sister Unazuki works as a waitress.
Fuku -- translates to "uniform," "clothes," or "dress". Sentence context: "When Sailor Venus transforms, she changes into her Sailor fuku."
