Seiya is a little diffrent than his fellow Starlights. He is more open than Taiki and Yaten,
and tends to follow his heart rather than his head. He is intelligent, if not a little conceited,
and is emotionally attached to Usagi because she reminds him of Princess Kakyuu.
He teases her constantly, but his feelings are true about her.
In episode 189, he stepped in front of the attack from Tin Nyanko and took the blast meant for
Sailor Moon. Taiki and Yaten forbid Seiya from seeing her,and the Outer Senshi (minus Saturn) forbids
Usagi from seeing him,like a modern Romeo and Juliet.Later (episode 190) he explains what happened
to his planet and about what Galaxia plans to do.Though he really likes Usagi, his heart belongs to his
princess. When Kakyuu dies, he was beside himself with grief, but now, more than ever,
Sailor Star Fighter was determined to destroy Galaxia.

Fighter does not get along well with Sailor Uranus, transformed or not.
When Uranus tells Fighter that she was pathetic at saving her princess,
Fighter attacked Uranus telling her that she knew nothing, as Uranus had supposedly turned
to the side of Galaxia. The Outer senshi believed that the Three Lights and the Starlights
were from the outside galaxy and could not be trusted. Though they gained the trust of the Inners,
the Starlights did not gain the trust of Uranus and Neptune until the very end when the two
Sol Senshi were dying.

Seiya is the Leader of both the Three Lights and the Sailor Starlights.
In the Anime, he is the eldest while in the manga, is the youngest (technically)
and turns female when he transforms. In the Manga, Seyia is a girl that is dresses like a boy.
