You don't need a website to join, but if you do have a website, please put up one of the codes. I have no obligation to link your website, so I'll only link you if you link me! I will also not link websites that contain racism, homophobia, pornography, or hate of any kind.

You may use a pseudonym to join, but please keep your name normal. You are not Sailor Moon; your name is not ~*QT Moon Grrl*~.

Only apply once! And never send in a blank form!

Remember to put your name, a VALID email address, and your country. If you don't put those three things, you won't be added to the member list.
